Customer Service Administrator Wanted!Are you looking for a rewarding career in the appliance repair industry? Do you have excellent communication and organizational skills? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team!
We are a local appliance repair business that offers high-quality services for a variety of household appliances. We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team in New Plymouth and help us provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:Answering phone calls and emails from customers and scheduling appointmentsProviding quotes and invoices for appliance repair servicesCoordinating with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient service deliveryMaintaining accurate records of customer information, service orders, and paymentsHandling customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous mannerPerforming other administrative tasks as neededMinimum Requirements:Previous experience in customer service, administration, or appliance repairProficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applicationsKnowledge of appliance repair terminology and procedures or mechanical aptitude would be a strong advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsA friendly and positive attitudeHours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. You'll enjoy working in a friendly and supportive team, and a work uniform is provided.
