You'll also manage project risk and maintain accurate, up to date project records.
As you are working directly with customers, you will be an excellent and responsive communicator. The work is varied and busy so you will thrive in this type of environment and have the ability to manage your workload and deal with a large variety of projects at any one time. Ultimately, you are someone who actively contributes to create a great team environment and has a positive mindset.
