Customer Care Specialist

Job Description: As a Customer Care Specialist at Estee Lauder in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. Additionally, you will be required to handle product returns, process orders, and provide product recommendations to customers.
