An opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Specialist. This role is open to applications from Ventia Internal Candidates only. The focus of the role:To role model an exceptional customer experience while managing interactions via voice and non-voice channels and to support and coach Customer Care Agents to attain the quality standards and CX levels as agreed with our clients and internal stakeholders. To support the Team Leader in promoting and fostering a positive culture with a customer-centric focus, based upon continuous improvement principles and smart business decision making. Skills and experience: 1-3 years of experience in a contact/operation's centre environment and good working knowledge of customer service practices and principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Results orientated Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Stakeholder management skills Excellent data entry and typing skills Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately Experienced in planning, implementing, and managing maintenance activities Strong Communication skills Ability to multi-task several competing priorities at the same time Outcome driven, complex problem solver Proficient in digital communication and technology
