We take and sell photographs at tourism attractions in more than 10 countries and over 180 attractions including aquariums, observation wheels, zoos, theme parks and more; if it's a fantastic attraction with a story to tell, we're there!
Based in beautiful Queenstown, and offering a flexible working environment, we are looking for a part-time (24 hours/week) Administrative Support star to support our global business. This role will initially offer full-time hours (40 hours/week) for 6 weeks , leading up to the start of the new year to support our busy season.
In this position, you will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries and working to problem-solve any issues they encounter. Additionally, you'll provide administrative support for the commercial operations team including for supply chain, point of sale systems, and office functions as required.

Your duties will include:
Follow up on enquiries from customers, clients and for general assistance
Investigate all customer issues, products and warranty problems
Support the Customer Service Team to achieve daily/weekly case quotas
Ensure accurate recording of any communication with customers in our systems
Reporting any recurring technical issues to the Customer Service Manager
Assist onsite teams with first-level assistance if further technical support is not required
Investigate customer product orders through relevant vendor systems
Providing administrative support to our supply chain, point-of-sale system, and office as required.
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:
An outgoing, energetic work ethic.
Ability to build rapport & empathy through written communication.
Previous experience in a Customer Service role
Proven experience using a software package that effectively captures customer enquiry information
An understanding of ITIL Service Desk framework would be an asset
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle a range of issues for internal and external stakeholders
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency across the Microsoft Suite
A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure efficiently
Ability to speak multiple languages would be an asset
