This role will initially offer full-time hours (40 hours/week) for 6 weeks, leading up to the start of the new year to support our busy season.In this position, you will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries and working to problem-solve any issues they encounter. Additionally, you'll provide administrative support for the commercial operations team including for supply chain, point of sale systems, and office functions as required.Your duties will include:Follow up on enquiries from customers, clients and for general assistanceInvestigate all customer issues, products and warranty problemsSupport the Customer Service Team to achieve daily/weekly case quotasEnsure accurate recording of any communication with customers in our systemsReporting any recurring technical issues to the Customer Service ManagerAssist onsite teams with first-level assistance if further technical support is not requiredInvestigate customer product orders through relevant vendor systemsProviding administrative support to our supply chain, point-of-sale system, and office as required.The successful candidate will ideally possess the following:An outgoing, energetic work ethic.Ability to build rapport & empathy through written communication.Previous experience in a Customer Service roleProven experience using a software package that effectively captures customer enquiry informationAn understanding of ITIL Service Desk framework would be an assetStrong communication skills with the ability to handle a range of issues for internal and external stakeholdersAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProficiency across the Microsoft SuiteA self-starter with the ability to work under pressure efficientlyAbility to speak multiple languages would be an assetApply TodayIf you think you have what it takes to excel in this role, apply today!You must have the right to work in New Zealand to be considered.
