Cook/Chef

Here at Beach Tree we are recruiting for a Cook who will be responsible for:

Oversee the entire kitchen operation

Preparation

Cooking

Menu/Recipe development

Ordering

Liaising with suppliers to obtain optional pricing

Management of Stock and cost of goods

Training

Responsible for the management and implementation of the food control plan

Must Have:

Qualified Cook with 3+ years industry experience.

Excellent listening and communication skills

An ability to work quickly, multitasking to make everything about our customers

Flexibility in rosters

Be friendly, enthusiastic and obsessed with delivering first class Food

You will work well in a team and are happy to go above and beyond

The understanding and enforcement of strict health and hygiene standards

Ability to work solo to a high standard

Work Eligibility:

The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Day shift

Evening shift

Weekend availability

Experience:

Chef: 3 years (Required)
