Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised clinician to lead the development, implementation and delivery of organisation wide policy and processes for contract service delivery.This senior role is based in Addington, Christchurch and reports to the Chief Operating Officer who leads a close knit and supportive Operations team.Key responsibilities will include:Lead and empower the Contracts Team composed of 16 clinical and 3 administration team members with support from our existing Contract Clinical LeadsOptimise workflows and team resource management across contractsEnsure all contract obligations, including reporting, clinical quality and fiscal requirements are metDevelop, coach and mentor the Contracts team to foster continuous improvement and critical thinkingMaintain effective relationships and communication with key stakeholders, including contracted service providers, external funders such as ACC and Te Whatu Ora – Health New ZealandTake part in contract negotiations with providers, funders and partners as requiredTo thrive in our environment, you will have:Previous clinical experience within the allied health sectorPrevious experience in a contract and funding or operations role is desirable, but not essentialUnwavering commitment to clinical excellence and patient experienceA collaborative and engaging communication style and a strong understanding of commercial drivers to enable you to work alongside the wider businessDemonstrated ability to establish effective positive working relationships/stakeholder managementAbility to design, assess and map process and operational requirementsAttention to detail with ability to juggle competing prioritiesA positive, results focused and professional approachOur size allows us to provide a range of career development options within the business whether you want to grow clinically or diversify into other areas.
