We also conduct post-incident testing to ensure ongoing compliance with our safety standards.The key responsibilities of this role are:Oversee the management of Three Water contracts ensuring all contractual obligations are metDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Clients, Stakeholders and SubcontractorsMonitor contract performance and ensure compliance with all terms and conditionsManaging risk and quality processes and proceduresPrepare and present regular reports on Contract status, performance and issuesNegotiate contract terms and conditions, amendments and renewalsEnsure all project deliverables are completed on time and within budgetCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract executionQualifications & Experience Required:Proven experience in Contract management, preferably in the Three Water industryA proven ability to lead and manage staffExperience setting up programmes and sitesThe ability to manage Health and Safety and QA on and off siteExcellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skillsUnderstanding of the technical, contractual and financial aspects of contractsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and ProjectAdaptability, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneouslyWe are a locally owned Company and can offer the right person the following:Good work/home life balanceOpportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team who values its staffA competitive salary and benefits package with consideration for experience and qualificationsPerformance based and recognition bonusesA supportive and collaborative work environmentApply online for this role or contact Paul Smart for more information.
