The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group FC, you will take on a variety of accounting tasks over a three-month period, including general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, budget analysis, and various ad-hoc projects, providing exposure to a diverse range of accounting duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an accountant who is eager to test and develop their skills within an internationally connected organisation, and is looking for an interim role, perhaps to gain some experience before heading overseas, or alternatively to provide some continuity whilst searching for the right permanent role through to the New Year in 2025.

The Role Preparation of monthly financial accounts and management reporting Business partnering with operational managers to provide value-added financial support Production of P&L and variance analysis reports, along with other ad-hoc analysis Reconciliation of general ledger accounts Identification and implementation of opportunities for business improvements and efficiencies Your Profile 2+ years of top-tier CA or commercial experience as an Assistant Accountant or Accountant Technically proficient with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner Preferably experienced in working within a complex / multi-faceted business where you get across a wide-range of accounting duties Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders Able to pick things up quickly and be happy to provide support as required to the Group FC and wider team
