Construction Worker

6 Meter Construction Limited – Auckland, North IslandWe are looking for 10 construction workers to join our dedicated team.The position is permanent full-time, and we guarantee at least 30 hours per week. We will pay $29.66 to $31.00 depending on learning ability or experience.The successful candidates need to be able to start immediately and work lawfully in New Zealand.Responsibilities:Clearing the construction sites for the erection of structures and buildingsAssisting in setting up the job sites and preparing the layoutsMoving tools and equipment to construction sitesLoading or unloading building and construction materialsHelping carpenters, plasterers, and all other skilled tradesmen with their work whenever necessaryPerforming routine tasks in erecting and repairing structures on construction sitesOperating and caring for the construction tools, equipment, and machines in a responsible and safe mannerCleaning work area and maintaining work tools and machines daily after the work is doneFollowing instructions from team supervisorsRequirements:Physically fitAble to pass health and criminal checks if requiredAt least one year of relevant work experienceAvailable to work for the hours as required by the employer; may be required to work on SaturdaysAble to work in New Zealand lawfully and make an immediate startPlease send your CV and cover letter to us.
