You will be responsible for the onsite operational delivery of various projects across the region. This includes planning and managing labour, plant, materials, and subcontract resource to deliver the project works safely and efficiently. You will be highly motivated and organised and enjoy leading others to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.You will:Management of a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors and public on all your sitesCo-ordination of resources to safely and efficiently complete planned workSupervise projects in a profitable and efficient manner ensuring the highest quality standardsProvide onsite leadershipEffective service delivery and interaction with customers and stakeholdersEncourage the growth and development of team and crewsWe're looking for someone with:Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction and roadingProven experience in leading crewsCompetent in GPS use including machine control and site set outPrevious plant experience in a construction environmentAbility to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliersAccountability for resources, including people management and supply allocationA can-do attitude and the ability to problem solveFirst aid certificateAn unwavering commitment towards safety with a safety record to matchAll successful candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen prior to employment.We celebrate and embrace diversity across our business and are committed to equal employment opportunities.We believe in the value that diversity brings to our team and people who share our REAL values are encouraged to apply.About UsWe are driven by fresh ideas and opportunities.
