We are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our Taranaki team. You will be responsible for the onsite operational delivery of various projects across the region. This includes planning and managing labour, plant, materials, and subcontract resources to deliver the project works safely and efficiently. You will be highly motivated and organised and enjoy leading others to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

We're looking for someone with: Minimum class 2 licence, including WTR endorsements Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction and roading Proven experience in leading crews Competent in GPS use including machine control and site set out Previous plant experience in a construction environment Ability to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliers Accountability for resources, including people management and supply allocation A can-do attitude and the ability to problem solve First aid certificate An unwavering commitment towards safety with a safety record to match Creating, Connecting and caring for the community: Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills, and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
