A background in Construction and reliable working knowledge of New Zealand residential construction requirements / NZ3604 is essential.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the home construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met. Review and approve project plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns. Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes. Take charge of and oversee all Health and Safety practices. Our Ideal Candidate Possesses The Following: Qualified Builder or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred but not essential. Experience in residential construction / project management, and reliable working knowledge of New Zealand residential construction requirements. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organisation and time management skills. Valid New Zealand driver's licence.
