Salary: NZD 70,000 - 100,000 per annum
We're looking for a high-level project administrator to join a leading commercial main contractor in Palmerston North. This is an integral role for the business, and you'll be joining an industry leader who delivers fantastic work in the region.
The role is based on a $40M commercial project in a site-based position. You will provide support to project/site management and commercial teams, ensuring the smooth operation of the site, documentation, health & safety, and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships across the business.
Providing administration for meetings and report tracking.
Using construction management software.
The ideal candidate must have experience with construction office management, document management, and ideally, construction software such as Procore. You should be able to work closely with both Site/Project Management and Quantity Surveying Teams.
