Hourly rates from $26.16 to $28.25, based on your NZQF qualification and experience
Tasks will vary depending on the service plan of the people you support but can include:
Personal care tasks like showering, toileting, dressing, and eating.
Household tasks like cleaning, cooking, and shopping.
Supporting independence like learning new skills, trying new things, and connecting with their community.
Specialised personal care support, including tasks such as medication administration, catheter and stoma care, and PEG feeding. (Level 4)
We will only be considering candidates who are NZ Citizens or NZ Residents for these roles. We cannot support work visa applications.
What you must have to be considered for this role:
Level 3 roles:
Minimum Level 3 NZQF or at least 1 year experience (ANZSCO skill level 4)
Level 4 roles:
Minimum Level 4 NZQF or at least 3 years experience (ANZSCO skill level 3)
Level 3 & 4 roles:
Exceptional written and verbal communication (English).
Full driver's license with a reliable vehicle – Work mileage is paid.
No criminal convictions.
A reasonable level of fitness.
Able to pass a drug and alcohol test and be willing to adhere to ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.
Honest, hardworking, and well presented.
