Community Midwife Outreach-Caseload Service - Fixed termCommunity Midwife Outreach/Caseload ServiceSalary Band $83,000 - $115,000 per annum + Kiwisaver1 FTE Position (40 hours a week)Project based - Fixed term until June 2025Excellent opportunity to coordinate our outreach servicesLead and collaborate with the wider senior leadership team to support primary care in a tertiary environment and provide an antenatal and postnatal midwifery service to persons accessing the outreach which would include caseload team/s model when needed.Mo te turanga | About the roleSupport the provision of an outreach service which meets the need of whanau, monitoring whanau needs, clinical outcomes, whanau satisfaction and clinical standards.Coordinate resources to meet identified needs, encompassing staff and equipment.Monitor communication and documentation standards.Notify managers of any areas of concern e.g.
