Join us as our Community Fundraiser on a three-month contract and play a key role in driving our fundraising initiatives during Endometriosis Awareness Month this March. This role will focus on organising community and peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns, aiming to generate revenue through effective outreach and community engagement. The ideal candidate will bring experience in peer-to-peer fundraising, a compassionate approach, and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by the endometriosis community.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and implement peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns to maximize revenue and community impact.Community Fundraising: Lead community fundraising efforts during the awareness month, ensuring robust participation and support for ENZ.Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with community stakeholders, fostering partnerships and encouraging ongoing support.Peer-to-Peer Platform Management: Manage and optimize our peer-to-peer platform (Raisely), ensuring a seamless experience for fundraisers.Data Tracking & Analysis: Track and evaluate campaign metrics, reporting on successes and areas for improvement to refine future strategies.CRM & Database Communications: Utilize our CRM (Vega) for donor data management, audience segmentation, and targeted communications to enhance engagement.Skills and Experience:Proven experience in event fundraising, community engagement, or peer-to-peer fundraising.Strong project management abilities, with excellent multitasking skills and a keen eye for deadlines.Exceptional communication skills for engaging and motivating community stakeholders.Proficiency in managing peer-to-peer platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.Experience with CRM systems for database management and targeted communication.Empathy and Sensitivity: A compassionate understanding of the endometriosis community and the challenges they face.
