Job Summary:

Location: Queenstown, New Zealand
Contract Duration: 3 years
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Demi Chef with expertise in both Asian and Western cuisine to play a key role in our kitchen. You will be responsible for all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring high standards and quality.
Note: The full board package, including visa and accommodation details, will be discussed during the job interview. This offer is applicable to candidates who are available to travel to New Zealand on short notice.

Job Descriptions:

Plan, prepare, and cook dishes while ensuring compliance with established recipes and techniques.
Manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food purchasing, inventory control, and quality control.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.

Job Requirements:

Malaysian Citizen (Age min of 21 years old - 45 years old)
Diploma or certification in a food-related field (e.g., culinary arts, hospitality management) or any equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience working.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional services.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
