Key responsibilities include:Scheduling tradesmen and apprentices.Managing and training staff to improve efficiencies.Ensuring quality workmanship through quality assurance checks.Managing major projects, including scoping, planning, and budgeting.Overseeing health & safety compliance.Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships.Refining current systems for greater efficiency.Reporting, planning, and auditing.What We're Looking ForQualified electrician with 3+ years of experience.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Practical mindset with the ability to think on your feet.Pride in delivering top-quality work.Experience in commercial electrical work.Not ticking all the boxes?
