Platinum Recruitmentare excited to be looking for an experienced CommercialProject Managerto be based in one of the New Zealand's stunning destinations and adventure capital.
You will bring a strong understanding of the NZ health & safety legislation, as well as being able to manage clients and external stakeholder expectations.
Oversea the management of Project programming, cost control, quality control, health & safety (zero harm), procurement, contracts administration, supervision, general site administration and the activities of sub-contractors.
Our client is wanting you to be confident with managing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidates will need to use their Construction Project Management skills in order to bring projects in on time and on budget.
The right candidate will have the following:
Proven history of leading projects from start to finish
At least 5 years experience in Commercial Construction Supervision and Project Management within NZ
Proven financial, risk, commercial, contractual and human resource management skills
Establish and manage external relationships with local organisations and community
Client liaising skills
Proven track record of driving results and continuous improvement
Clean NZ Driver's licence (other licences/endorsements would also be advantageous)
Must have Immediate NZ work rights
