Commercial Cleaner

Job Title: Commercial Cleaner  Name of the Organisation: CM Services4004 Limited Location: Canterbury Type: Permanent, Full-time We are looking for professional cleaners to join our cleaning business. We have multiple sites across Canterbury and are on the lookout for committed and reliable team leaders who are available 7 days, 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be ready to learn and should be ready to work early morning and late night hours. General commercial cleaning duties but not limited to Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning ceiling vents, and cleaning. Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Document routine inspections and maintenance activities. Stock and maintain supply rooms. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Ability to operate cleaning machinery. To be successful for this role you MUST: Provide work-related references preferably two Reliable transport to get to and from work Good attention to detail Physically Fit Reliability Strong can-do attitude All employees will be subject to a pre-employment drug test and police check.
