About the role: As the Commercial Analyst, your collaborative approach will allow your expertise in financial analysis and data management to elevate our airport's commercial portfolio to new heights.
You will: Provide timely accurate data insight.
Own the development and operation of the commercial reporting suite.
Help the commercial team make decisions at pace.
Work across a broad commercial portfolio that includes retail stores, food and beverage outlets, and ground transport services.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement new financial models to provide insightful business analyses for strategic decision-making.
Aggregate data and assess commercial trade-offs, setting targets and evaluating results to drive airport performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and analyse monthly financial reports, influencing performance targets.
Analyse tenant data and communicate findings to support and enhance the trading cadence of the airport's commercial activities.
About you: An up-and-coming financial analyst you have a thirst for knowledge and instilling best practices in all that you do.
Your orders and structured approach will be critical to your success in this role.
As an ideal candidate, you: Have a strong foundation in analysing financial data and trends to support strategic business decisions.
Can demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and the use of analytical software, including Excel and Powerbi.
Exhibit a strategic mindset with the ability to understand and interpret financial information within the context of the team's objectives.
Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels within the organisation.
