They work with their customers to help them climb out of debt faster.
The Role: They are currently seeking a highly motivated and hard-working person to join their Internal Collections team.
This is a phone-based role, where you will be taking calls and making calls with customers to talk to them about their unpaid debts.
It will be your job to talk to these customers and work out a repayment plan that they can afford that will eventually clear their debt.
It will be a busy role and we are looking for those who will enjoy engaging with customers, but also realise they have targets to meet.
There is a purpose for their call, not just for a good old chinwag.
About You: The team is upbeat and energetic.
They have a laugh; they work hard and play hard ….and have a whole heap of fun each day.
They are proud of the work that they do and of the company that they work for.
(It makes such a difference when they can tick these boxes).
But the role is fast paced, and you will need to enjoy talking to people, all day, every day….and they certainly don't want to hire any slackers.

What will work: We will ONLY consider those with phone-based work experience, eg: Phone based sales - Telesales, or previous phone based Collections experience.
