If you are already an experienced nurse manager, this is the role for you. Mentoring and support will be available for the right candidate. This is a permanent part-time position working 24 hours across Monday to Friday. Lead a diverse nursing team (Registered Nurses, Community Nurse Prescribers, Nurse Prescribers, Health Care Assistants) for safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. Collaborate with the Leadership Team and develop care models for improved health outcomes and efficiency. Balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities within the role. Key attributes include: A current New Zealand practicing certificate and current CPR certificate Demonstrated leadership and management skills Previous primary practice experience is an advantage Your practice aligns with the principles of The Treaty of Waitangi.
