Reporting to the Practice Manager you will work collaboratively with the GP team and the Patient Services team.You will have the opportunity to lead a skilled, professional and committed team of nurses, and practice assistants with a whanau centric approach to healthcare. You will be responsible for co-ordinating nursing services in the provision of a range of primary health care, resulting in a high quality of care through best practice.This position has overall responsibility for the day to day management of the nursing team and strongly influences the quality of clinical services in the Practice.
