This role facilitates the progression of current education resources, as well as the development of future strategic growth. Your broad knowledge and extensive experience will place you perfectly as an educational resource for the team. This will allow you to coach and support the clinical learning of the nursing team while promoting evidence-based practice. You will be supported through close collaboration with the Nursing Director and Senior Nursing team within Mental Health and the wider cluster. This Nurse Educator role includes developing and strengthening current education resources and delivery of programs, as well as supporting individual learning plans.
