Coordinate, monitor, and advance implementation of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) programme Utilise evidence-based standardised systems, processes and policies to improve patient outcomes and ensure appropriate continuity of care. Work alongside nursing and clinical leadership staff collaborating with surgical specialties Provide a high standard of nursing care to patients before and after surgery Deliver a supportive service to our clients.
