Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Enhanced Recovery After Surgery New Zealand Government – Dunedin, South Island Salary band - $114,000 - $121,000 p.a pro-rata and KiwiSaver 0.5 FTE/40 hours per fortnight Long-term sick leave cover until 28 February 2025 We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Dunedin Hospital in the role of Clinical Coordinator for Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS). Responsibilities: Coordinate, monitor, and advance implementation of the Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) programme Utilise evidenced based standardised systems, processes, and policies to improve patient outcomes and ensure appropriate continuity of care Work alongside nursing and clinical leadership staff collaborating with surgical specialties Provide a high standard of nursing care to patients before and after surgery Deliver a supportive service to our clients A clinical practice leader and a role model with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others A change agent with excellent self-awareness and listening skills A clinically focused and skilled practitioner, who can exercise independent nursing judgement and apply advanced assessment skills This is a great opportunity to step up into a Senior Nursing role and make a real difference to health provision to our community.
