Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti has launched a brand new service – Ahuru Mowai (HitH) – delivering acute hospital-level care directly to patients in their own homes.
As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Ahuru Mowai (HitH), you will be at the heart of providing personalised, efficient, and comprehensive care that caters to the needs of our community.
The remuneration range for this role is $116040 to $127674 and is covered by the collective agreement: NZNO Collective Agreement.
Mou - About you We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator who embodies our commitment to delivering exceptional care outside traditional hospital settings.
This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, organisational and leadership skills, and a passion for advocating for and delivering patient and whanau centred care.
