Whiria Te Tangata WellStop is an innovative and well-established agency. Our aim is to eliminate harmful sexual behaviour in our communities by providing assessment and treatment services to children, young people and adults who present with harmful sexual behaviour. Our Clinicians make a significant difference in the lives of people, whanau, and communities by working with our clients to address and prevent the effects of sexual harm/violence.
The role
The purpose of this role is to provide clinical administrative support to the Clinical Manager and, where directed, support other clinical staff/teams to ensure Whiria Te Tangata WellStop clinical practice is responsive and of the highest quality. This role will create and maintain effective systems and processes to support the work of the Clinical Manager and Leadership Team.
This is Masterton based with the requirement to travel to the Lower Hutt office one day a fortnight.
The ideal candidate will have:
Expertise in Microsoft suite, database management, customer service and self-awareness.
Competencies outlined in the job description.
A FULL NZ driver's licence is essential.
Must already be located and resident in NZ with either NZ citizenship/residency or a valid NZ work visa applicable to WellStop.
