5FTE (20 hours per week) permanent position Options may be available to increase FTE NZ Registration with Physiotherapy Board and current APC is required Mo te tunga | About the Role We are seeking an innovative and passionate Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health Team as a Clinical Leader in Physiotherapy.
As a Clinical Leader you will provide day-to-day clinical, professional, and cultural clinical leadership to the physiotherapy team.
You will contribute to the strategic planning of the department and be involved in managing clinical caseloads and supporting the Allied Health Team Manager in clinical aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and rostering.

Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and Experience 5 years minimum clinical experience Experience with clinical teaching, training and development of staff Experience in people leadership or management is desirable Experience making judgements in complex situations where there is incomplete information or solutions are not obvious.
Experience in case management.
Knowledge of NZ Health & Disability sector standards and the Privacy Act within a health context.
Experience in quality/service improvement activities.
Experience with policy/procedure review/development.
