We take pride in what we do and believe in our vision as to how our roles can make a difference in the lives of our residents.We are seeking a passionate, confident, and experienced Registered Nurse/Clinical Leader for our Dementia Care Facility - Okere House in Whanganui. The facility offers high-quality dementia care in a sociable and welcoming environment to twenty-six residents.About you:Have demonstrable experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in residential/dementia aged care, with a current APC and are InterRai competent.Are an advanced clinical leader who will coach, mentor, and share knowledge with your team.Enjoy building meaningful relationships with our staff, residents, and their families, as well as liaising with GPs and the pharmacy.Are highly customer-oriented and work towards delivering exceptional service to our residents and should be resilient.Possess outstanding communication skills and are professional and empathetic.Are keenly focused on clinical documentation with excellent time management skills and are computer literate.Have comprehensive knowledge of quality improvement and continuous improvement in an aged care setting.Are prepared to be "on-call" for some days per week.This is a permanent, full-time position offering 32 hours per week.
