Our Palmerston North-based services are seeking a driven clinician for an exciting Clinical Lead role – part of our Senior Leadership Team. You will provide best practice and service delivery solutions. And we will provide you with the tools you need to look after people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.
This would suit an experienced OT or PT with knowledge of the ACC contracts, particularly in pain, concussion or Training for Independence service. This would be an excellent opportunity to grow as a clinician and work on delivery clinical excellence both individually but across our team as well.
Main responsibilities:  Collaborate with Service / Team Leads and Regional Managers for prompt service delivery Deliver memorable customer experience with your knack in providing solutions for rehabilitation services and products Build positive relationships with all stakeholders Manage your caseload whilst promoting efficient workflows The benefits of working with us: All efforts made to provide you with the work / life balance that suits your needs Use of company car for client visits Permanent role with clear career progression Great team culture with regular social events, weekly treats, award schemes Well-being initiatives: annual eye exam, flu vaccination, access to EAP services The ideal candidate: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Psychology (or equivalent) Annual practicing certification as a registered health professional Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team! Five plus years' experience in a clinical role – leadership skills a HUGE plus ACC operational, medical and policy knowledge related to rehabilitation.
