Clinical Care Secretary

Details of the offer

Job OverviewApplicants typically need to show knowledge of administrative and secretarial procedures, medical terminology and of relevant applications, including Microsoft Office digital software.
Person Centred Software's (PCS) Digital Care Planning System, mCare, is the UK's most widely used care management system.
The Digitising Social Care Records Programme aims for all CQC-registered adult social care providers to have access to a Digital Social Care Record. DSCRs are person-centred and enable data to be shared securely and in real-time with authorised individuals across the health and care sector including the NHS.
The main goal of care management PCS is to ensure that care recipients receive high-quality care and that their needs are met - this involves close collaboration among health and care professionals to consistently assess individuals' needs, goals, and preferences, along with reviewing care plans, and ensuring that individuals receive the right care, at the right time and in the right place.
Responsibilities

Creation and the preparation, review and updating of Person Centred Care Plans, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Manage and organise incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Knowledge of health-related policies, such as incident reporting and confidentiality, will be advantageous.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Experience

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Typing letters, emails, clinical reports and transcriptions and updating databases and spreadsheets.

If you are an enthusiastic individual looking to contribute your skills in an administrative capacity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Clinical Care Secretary within our organisation.
