About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a Client Support Officer to join our Client Support team. Computershare Issuer Services (CIS) is the division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services to clients and their individual security holders. The Client Support Officer works within the team and will be allocated specific tasks to support the delivery of all transactions and responses to client queries.
Responsibilities
Ensure that the client service is consistently delivered within service level agreements, whilst maintaining quality and consistently performing tasks at a high level.
Responding promptly to client enquiries through various forms of communication such as phone/video calls, emails, or any other written correspondence.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver a better service to the clients and build strong relationships.
Keeping up-to-date with current business activities to enhance your knowledge and understanding of the industry.
Identifying and assessing risk factors related to a particular situation or activity.
What will you bring to the role?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong computer literacy – ability to work on different systems quickly and accurately.
Highly developed organisation skills, time management, and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and logical approach to work.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
A desire to learn and be challenged.
