Korero mo te turanga - About the role
We are currently welcoming applications for the above casual position/s. To assist and provide cleaning services to our facility here at Te Whatu Ora – Taranaki.
Our Cleaning Operators contribute to the overall prevention and control of infection throughout our hospital. Ensuring acceptable cleaning standards and compliance is met and maintained.
Mou - About you
Ideally you will be experienced in the cleaning industry, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Be physically fit and able and demonstrate the flexibility required to be available for varied shifts and at times able to respond to short notice requests.
NZQA cleaning qualifications are preferable, however not necessarily a requirement, as opportunities to gain formal qualifications will be provided.
Floor buffing experience is advantageous and knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace is desirable.
