Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher
Subjects: English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Maori, The Arts
Tauraroa Area School seeks an inspirational teacher to join its team in terms 1 and 2, 2025. As a classroom release teacher, the appointee will work in various classrooms and year levels, for four days a week. The subject areas taught will be negotiated according to the strengths of the teacher and the needs of the students. Additional, casual, relief teaching may also be available.
Our school of 420 students is located 22km SW of Whangarei city in a quiet and picturesque rural setting.
The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position are set by the NZ Area School Teachers Collective Agreement.
