Delivery Driver – Class 2We are currently looking for an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused Class 2 Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team based in Tauriko.Responsibilities: Safely operate our delivery vehicles to transport products to our valued customers.
Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care to maintain product quality.
Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including invoices, proof of delivery, and relevant documentation.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
Requirements: Valid New Zealand driver's license Class 2 with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a delivery driver Capable of lifting heavy boxes 20kg+ when doing deliveries, therefore being physically fit.
Knowledge of the delivery area, including the ability to navigate efficiently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Client-focused approach and ability to foster good relationships with clients.
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Problem-solving approach with initiative and enthusiasm.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a Ministry of Justice check and pass pre-employment drug testing - you'll need to be fit for work!
