We are looking for experienced Class 5 Drivers to join our chipseal crew for roading projects in the Bay of Plenty and surrounding regions.
We're looking for dedicated individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and have a passion for road construction and you want to contribute to building and maintaining essential infrastructure in our community, this is the role for you.
Flexibility is a must as you will be required to work up to 12 hours per day when we are busy and 8 hours (min.) daily but may be required to work periods of night shift.
Weekly hours between 40 hours (min) Monday to Friday and 70 hours (max). The work will involve stay aways for extended periods of time.
In addition to the above you will:
Safely operate Class 5 vehicles, including transporting materials to and from job sites.
Operate and maintain chipseal machinery and equipment to ensure high-quality road surfaces.
Assist the chipseal crew with on-site tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Conduct pre-start checks and adhere to all health and safety standards and procedures.

We're looking for someone with:
A clean, full Class 5 driver's license with proven experience.
Experience in operating chipseal machinery and equipment in road construction projects.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating reliability, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Good understanding of safety protocols and industry standards, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
