The Role
As the Chief Financial Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and financial success of Booth's Logistics. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial advice, and build a high-performing finance team to support the company's vision and growth. This role combines leadership, innovation, and hands-on involvement in driving financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement long-term financial strategies.
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and budgeting.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, ensuring continuous improvement.
Manage risk through robust financial controls and compliance with regulations.
Provide clear, actionable financial insights to the Board and executive team.
Champion innovation in financial systems and tools to drive efficiency and growth.
About You
A proven leader with 10+ years of senior finance experience , ideally in logistics or transportation.
Strong qualifications in finance or accounting (CPA, CA, or MBA is advantageous).
Expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and driving process improvements.
