As a member of the Executive Team, this role provides leadership to the wider business, leading/collaborating in the delivery of company-wide objectives, and enhancing its brands, culture, and overall business success. Specifically, the CFO will provide financial guidance on key strategic decisions that maximise business results and shareholder value, and will ensure the company meets all of its financial compliance and regulatory obligations. The CFO will be central in the efficient management of the company's financial and tax position, including financial reporting, risk and compliance, capital spend processes and controls. This will be a hands-on role, supported by a finance and administrative team of 10. The CFO will also play a key role in the advancement of technology, capitalising on opportunities in data, technology, automation, innovation, and customer insights.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished finance executive skilled at optimising profitability, managing risk, improving systems, and capitalising on commercial opportunities. Importantly, they will have the ability to drive financial performance within a processing/supply chain centric business that exports products to global markets. They will bring a strongly analytical mindset, and a high level of accuracy, persistence, and attention to detail. The CFO will need to be a visible, engaging, and collaborative leader, who is skilled at people development and delivering high levels of performance. Being courageous, driven, and adaptive is a must in this environment!

Experience operating as a CFO, Finance Director, Divisional CFO, or functional finance role reporting to a CFO of a complex business.
Operated in a manufacturing, processing, or distribution centric environment, ideally exporting products globally.
The ability to manage a multitude of considerations in a fast-paced environment with a complex value chain.
A collaborative style which fosters strong working relationships within the Executive Team and across the business.
A good level of strategic and commercial acumen to assist the CEO and Executive Team to drive the performance agenda within a transformative business environment.
A strong focus on process and system optimisation and continuous improvement, with experience delivering improvements across the finance lifecycle.
Demonstrated capability as a leader - skilled at people and team development and delivering high levels of performance through a focus on accountability, communication, and initiative.
