Chef - Mexican Cuisine

About the role:As the leader of the Mexican oultet, you will provide, culinary creativeness, excellent communication skills and support a happy professional team.
We are looking for a senior Chef with experience in Mexican cuisine and passion for food.The perfect candidate will bring/be: previous experience cooking Mexican food, a "can do" attitude and excellent communication skills, a passion for providing fantastic service and a genuine interest to work in the hospitality industry, able to produce a quality product and maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene.
This role offers: $30 - $32 gross per hour with 30-50 hours per week guaranteed, a fun, diverse working environment including free gondola and luge rides and MTB passes for family and friends and staff meals, a place in a dynamic, values-driven and growing international organisation.
