Remote location - subsidised housing available, staff meals.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities Preparation, cooking and serving of food for service.
Preparation, cooking and serving of staff meals.
Ensuring that all food is served and stored at the correct temperature to meet hotel standards and kitchen guidelines.
Clean and sanitise work areas, equipment, utensils and dishes.
Follow all sanitation and hygienic food handling procedures set out by legislation and hotel policy.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required The successful candidate will need to have:
Experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
A certificate at NZQF Level 3, or higher, in Cookery (preferred).
A current Food Handling Certificate.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
