Chef De Partie | 5* Lodge

We have been BUZZed & looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join one of New Zealand's Luxury 5* Lodge for an 8-week contract this summer. This kiwi Head Chef is looking for someone talented, that wants to plate interesting, seasonal cuisine and hone their skills in a truly spectacular environment.
Key details:

Early January 9, 2024 - until the end of February 2025
Hourly rate $32.00 + 8% holiday pay
Free accommodation and meals on duty
Relocation assistance from within North Island
Must have own transport to get to/from work
Must be able to pass MOJ check
Working holiday visas are OK but sponsorship is not available.
You would be a culinary professional with drive and passion who has been exposed to contemporary cuisine. Ideally, you will have notched up a few years as a Chef de Partie, working in a Michelin / Relais & Chateaux / Hatted Restaurant.
You will be interacting with guests, so a solid command of English is required. We are looking for someone that has shown commitment to their career and previous employers. This position will see you working on all sections, starting on Breakfast/Prep and moving into the evening brigade.
