Your Role: As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating efforts to effectively manage organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption whilst enabling the adoptions for key stakeholders and staff.
Key Duties: Develop and implement change management strategies that align with project goals and organisational objectives.Conduct impact analyses and assess readiness for change across teams and departments.Collaborate with leadership and project teams to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.Provide training, resources, and support to help employees navigate changes.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed. Your Fit: A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Change ManagerExperience working in an Agile environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenA positive attitude, self-confidence, and strong attention to detailA background in FMCG, Logistics or similar industries would be beneficial, but not essential. *Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
