We're looking for an effective communicator, someone who can influence, coordinate and align the various teams within our IBP Process to facilitate longer term planning. This involves aiding effective and timely communication, ensuring IBP meeting effectiveness, high-quality meeting preparation, the completion of actions and communication of decisions.This role offers flexibility and can be based in either Christchurch or Auckland, depending on your preference.Key responsibilities of the Change Lead include:Accountability for ensuring the IBP cycle is effectively administered across all Business Units.Ensuring IBP participants understand their role (using RASCI) and fulfil their responsibilities on time, in full.Applying a continuous improvement approach to the IBP process.Working in conjunction with IBP step owners to monitor IBP performance.New Product Development Process Management support, planning and resource management.Minimum Requirements:Successful candidates will be tertiary qualified and may have a background in change management, administration, sales & operations planning or Integrated Business Planning roles.Most importantly you will be passionate, self-motivated, highly collaborative, and able to build and nurture positive working relationships.Be a part of the Kiwicare team | Kuhu mai ki a KiwicareAt Kiwicare, we show pride in our brands and strive to create a positive and collaborative team environment.
