Change Lead

Job Description Following recent changes, this is a newly established fixed term position, working closely with the People and Culture Director to lead change processes across several sites.
The Change Lead can be based in either Waikato or Bay of Plenty, reporting to the People and Culture Director and will be responsible for: Leading the design, development, and implementation of change processes and associated mahi, across sites, in support of and in collaboration with the People and Culture Director.
Ensuring a values-based and people focused approach that is compliant, supportive for employees and minimises risk to the business.
Enabling efficient delivery and ensure clearly documented change processes are administered.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: Sound experience and understanding across human resources functions with specific speciality in employment legislation, industrial relations and change management Understanding of, and experience in delivering change communications and identifying risk Experience in leading large and complex change processes across a medium to large organisation Experience in delivery across people and culture functions, including development of frameworks, policies, standards, and delivery from design to implementation Experience working with multiple stakeholders including union representatives Additional Information If this exciting and rewarding role sounds like your next career move, we encourage you to apply.  If you have any questions or wish to discuss this position, please contact ******
