Chairside Dental Assistant - Full-time/Part-time Permanent The Dental Health Group – Thames, North Island
We are seeking a full-time (Monday to Friday) Chairside Assistant to join our busy, four surgery dental practice in Thames. Please note, part-time could be considered for an experienced applicant.
Start date for this position is Monday January 6th 2025.
The Dental Health Group currently has three dentists and with a new dentist starting in the new year, this opens up a great opportunity for the right person to join our professional healthcare team.

Job tasks and responsibilities
The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for assisting the dentist in the surgery, cleaning and preparing the treatment room, warmly attending to patients, and ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients, dentists and team members.
Sterilizing, laboratory work, and generally assisting throughout the clinic as required.

Experience would be helpful but is not essential as full training will be given but the following attributes are essential:
