In this role you will join clients on their well-being journey, providing a safe environment and supporting them with their goals and daily tasks with the focus of empowering and supporting our clients to be independent, to maintain their wellness and achieve their goals as we walk alongside them and assist in any way possible. You'll be a natural problem solver and enjoy connecting with the community in line with our client's support plans. We have 3 casual roles over 3 different sites available. Ideally, you'll have: Experience in Mental Health Support is preferred but not essential National Certificate in Mental Health Support Work (Level 4) or commitment towards obtaining the relevant minimum qualification Full New Zealand Driving License The ability to demonstrate strong personal and professional boundaries A caring and supportive attitude The flexibility to take on a variety of shifts.
